Extraction For DNA extraction from tissue, CIGENE employs a Qiagen M48 Bio-robot; this reliably provides high-quality DNA. We also offer a variety of column and plate-cleanup solutions for preparing DNA from other sources. We do not offer DNA extraction as a stand-alone service, but for users who lack access to DNA extraction facilities, we can offer this in connection with SNP genotyping projects. DNA for small projects is measured using a Nanodrop, for larger projects we offer spectrophotometric and fluorescent DNA quantification in 96 and 384-well formats with a Victor3 plate reader. DNA samples are normalized using our Beckman Biomek-Fx pipetting robot. Please contact us for pricing.
