Research experience: Data-driven mathematical modelling of biophysical processes: maturation of human granulocytes during high dose chemotherapy with stem cell support, bystander effect during cancer development, ion and water dynamics in mammal brain astrocytes.
Relevant recent activity: Development of extensive models of ion and water dynamics in mammal brain astrocytes and extracellular space.
