AFLP (amplified fragment length polymorphism) analysis, differential display analysis, DNA microarray analysis, cell cultures, experiments with athymic mice, DNA/RNA extraction, DNA/RNA quantification, cDNA synthesis, quantitative gene expression using MassARRAY technology (Sequenom), DNA sequencing, SNP detection, SNP verification, SNP typing using MassARRAY technology (Sequenom), Affymetrix technology and Golden Gate technology (Illumina).

Current research activity:
Different projects of SNP genotyping using MassArray (Sequenom) and Golden Gate (Illumina) technology, quantitative gene expression using MassArray technology (Sequenom) and DNA extraction.
