Genome British Columbia (www.genomebc.ca) is a not-for-profit organization that funds large scale genomics and proteomics research projects and technology platform facilities. The projects are focused on areas of strategic importance to British Columbia and Canada, including human health, agriculture, aquaculture, the environment and forestry, as well as ethical and social implications of genomics and proteomics research.

Dr. Foxall, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, will present an overview of Genome BC’s projects and platforms, as well as other health-related projects currently being considered.
