The first day focuses on the challenges for green biology in the near future followed by workshops with the following themes:
- Climate change – effects on natural and agro-ecosystems
- Plant molecular biology and biotechnology
- Evolution and ecology
- Marine and land-based bioproduction
The second day is devoted to presentations by young plant biology scientists and PhD students working at institutions in Norway. This is a continuation of a more than 10-year tradition of ‘Arabidopsis meetings’.
We would like to invite plant biology researchers and students to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations at the conference (deadline: 19 September). The majority of oral presentations will be drawn from the abstracts submitted.
The conference will take place at Quality Hotel 33, Økern, Oslo.
